Due to the personalized nature of our products, engraving often begins within a few hours. Please contact us immediately if you need a change. If the item has not yet been engraved, we will be happy to adjust the details.
We use high-precision industrial Blue and Fibre lasers, ensuring the etch is deep, crisp, and permanent. Unlike surface printing, laser engraving provides a lasting, elegant finish that will not rub off over time.

Processing Time
All items are handcrafted and personalised to order. Our standard processing time is **3-5 working days** before dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
UK Shipping Rates
- Standard (3-5 days after processing): £3.95
- Express (1-2 days after processing): £6.95
- Free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
Returns Policy
